To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Post-Graduate degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent in the CGPA scale.
• Experience:
  • At least 8 years of experience at a management level in Finance and Accounts in Government Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, or Research Organizations.
  • Alternatively, a professional qualification from either ICWAI or ICAI or MBA Finance with five years of experience at a Management level in Finance and Accounts in Government Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, or Research Organizations.

Desirable Skills:

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills are preferred:

• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in overseeing installation of appropriate software and computerization of all finance, accounts, and stores-related matters.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
• Background: Preference will be given to candidates with a commerce or finance background at the Postgraduate level.
• Educational Institute Experience: Candidates with prior experience in working in an educational institute will be given preference.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 55 years (as of January 1st, 2024)
