DTE Assam Interview Notice 2021- Candidate list Guest/ Part Time Faculty & Senior Instructor posts: Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam has published Interview notice and candidate list for Guest/ Part Time Faculty & Senior Instructor posts. In continuation to this office earlier advertisement No. TE(E)-A/22/2019/994 dated 10-02-21&TE(E)-A/22/2019/1031 dated 11-02-21 published in the Newspapersand the official website of
DTE, Assam (https://dte.assam.gov.in); regarding engagement of Guest/Part Time Faculty and Senior Instructor (Part time)under Directorate of Technical Education, Assam; the selection committee shortlists the candidates in the attached list (Annexure-I, II & III) as per the criteria in Annexure-V.

The candidates are directed to report with their original testimonials and a set of self-attested photo copies of the following documents as per the schedule attached (Annexure-IV) herewith positively.

Engagement of Guest/ Part Time Faculty, Senior Instructor (Part Time) under Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam

1. Hard copy of the online application (duly signed).
2. Admit Card/ pass certificates of HSLC/10th Examination (Age Proof).
3. Mark sheet & pass certificates of HSLC/10th Examination.
4. HS/12th/ Diploma Mark Sheet and pass certificate(as applicable).
5. Mark Sheet and pass certificate of degree (B.E./ B. Tech./ B. Com/ B.A./B.Scin relevant branch/ subject, as applicable).
6. Mark Sheet and pass certificate of PG degree (M.E./ M. Tech/ M. Com/ M.A./ M. Sc. in relevant branch/ subject, as applicable).
7. Certificate regarding experience in the relevant field (if any).
8. 1 (one) copies of passport size coloured photograph.
9. Any other documents related to higher qualification(s).

If a candidate remains absent as per the schedule or fail to produce the original copies of all the relevant documents, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled immediately without any notice.

Further, in case, it is detected that the candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria or any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement including Age, Educational Qualification etc. the candidature of such a candidate will be rejected at any stage of selection process and even after appointment.
