Educational Qualification
- Graduate from a UGC recognized University.
- Should possess a Diploma/Certificate in Stenography/Shorthand from ITI/Polytechnic/any other recognized institute.
- Candidates pursuing Stenography/Shorthand may also apply. However, they must submit the Pass/Completion Certificate or Diploma at the time of Document Verification, unless otherwise decided by the High Court.
- Must have adequate knowledge of the Official Language (Assamese) of the State of Assam.
- Must furnish a valid Employment Exchange Registration Number of the State of Assam.

Stage-I : Stenography Test

Stage-II : Written Test
- Total Marks: 70
- Duration: 1½ Hours
- Mode: OMR Based Objective Type
