- Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline/M.Tech with 8-10 years of work experience in Social/Community Development Sector or Project Management.
- Graduate Degree in any discipline/B.Tech with 10+ years of work experience in Social/Cluster/Community Development Sector or Project Management.
Experience: M.Tech candidates with 8 years and B.Tech candidates with at least 10 years of proven track record of working on similar assignments and environments will be preferred. Experience in the field of cluster development approach, livelihoods, and agriculture sector will be an additional advantage.
