• The disabled person applying online should not already have any two wheeler, three wheeler or four wheeler otherwise the application will be rejected.
• The first priority is for the specially abled people in the age group of 15 to 29, who are employed or are studying in a government or recognized college level institution. At the same time, in case of remaining available out of the total prescribed scooters under second priority, applicants in the age group of 45 years will be included.
