Since its establishment in 1995, NEN has been empowering women in Assam, Meghalaya, and Nagaland through capacity building, advocacy, research, and networking.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record in fundraising for the non-profit sector for at least 2 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of women’s issues in the northeastern region is desirable.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel to Meghalaya and Nagaland.
• Willingness to participate in the organization’s capacity-building programs.
