Eligibility Criteria for Trainer Vacancy
Candidates must strictly fulfill the educational and experience requirements set by NRDS Management. The criteria vary based on the level of qualification.
1. For BE / B.Tech Candidates
- Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 Years and above.
- Training Experience: Minimum 1 Year and above.
2. For Diploma Candidates
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized polytechnic/institution.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 4 Years and above.
- Training Experience: Minimum 1 Year and above.
3. For ITI Candidates
- Qualification: ITI in a relevant trade (related to construction/masonry).
- Industry Experience: Minimum 6 Years and above.
- Training Experience: Minimum 1 Year and above.
Priority Selection (Important Note)
Candidates who possess a ToT (Training of Trainers) Certification will be given priority preference during the selection process. If you have this certificate, highlight it in your CV.
Job Location
The selected trainers will be posted in the Five Districts of BTR (Bodoland Territorial Region). Candidates willing to travel or relocate to these areas should apply.
