INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. Candidates are to come with the following documents in original and a copy:
(a) A copy of this result.
(b) Admit Card.
(c) ORIGINAL DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY STATE GOVT.
(d) Three latest passport size photographs.
(e) Domicile Certificate/ Permanent Residence Certificate for domicile quota.
(f) Part II/ Service Book for availing Defence Quota.
2. Report at 0730 hrs at 151 Base Hospital, Basistha, Guwahati.
3. Remove wax from ears before coming for medicals.
4. Result is also available at School website www.sainikschoolgoalpara.org. School is not responsible for any printing error.
5. Parents are to make own arrangement for stay. No TA is admissible.
6. Candidates are called for the counselling and certificate verification and medicals in the ratio of 1:3 in each category as per the regulations of Sainik Schools Society. Your son/ ward is one among them. Hence the call for counselling and medicals does not constitute the offer of a seat in Sainik School Goalpara and no claim/ correspondence in this regard will be entertained by the school. Candidates selected based on medicals and merit will be intimated through letter of admission.
