📑 Type of Questions
Paper-I: Consists of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions only. Candidates will be shortlisted category-wise based on Paper-I marks to appear in Paper-II.
Paper-II: This is a Descriptive Paper focusing on translation and essay writing. |
| ⚠️ Negative Marking There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I. Candidates are advised to be cautious and avoid blind guessing while answering. |

If the Computer Based Examination (CBT) is conducted in multiple shifts, marks will be normalized according to the official procedure published by the Commission (Notice dated 02-06-2025).

Paper-I (Computer Based Examination) Designed to test candidates’ understanding of languages and literature, correct use of words, phrases, and idioms, and the ability to write correctly and effectively. Questions are of Degree Level. Paper-II (Translation and Essay)Contains two translation passages (Hindi ↔ English) and one Essay each in Hindi and English.
