Eligibility Criteria :

1. Educational Qualifications: A post-graduate degree in Social Work (M.A. in Social Work/MSW) from a Central/Deemed/State-Recognized University.
2. Language Proficiency: You should have proficiency in the local language.
3. Willingness to Explore: Be ready to travel within Assam State and occasionally to other States/UTs as per program requirements.
4. Tech-Savvy: Possess working knowledge of English and be comfortable using computers.
5. Experience Matters: Candidates with three to six years of relevant work experience on the issue of gender-based violence will be prioritized.
6. Added Advantage: Preference will be given to individuals with one year of experience in direct interventions on women’s issues at the grassroots level. Additionally, experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:
   • Women’s rights/empowerment-based work with the State/UT
   • Advocacy
   • Strategic writing & planning
   • Feminist social work practice

Age Limit : Age group of 26-50 years

Honorarium : INR 42,000/- per month
