🧑⚕️ Eligibility Criteria for Counseling
- Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2025.
- Candidates should have submitted the Declaration Form for admission.
- Admission will be as per the Regulation of Admission into BAMS/BHMS Courses Rules, 2020.
- Category-wise eligibility (GEN/OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PWD) will be as per Govt. norms.
📂 Documents Required at the Time of Counseling
All candidates must bring original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of counseling:
- Filled-up Application Form (Schedule-1) with annexures
- Marksheets and Pass Certificates of HSLC and 10+2 (Science)
- PRC, Caste Certificate, NCL Certificate (if applicable)
- NEET (UG)-2025 Admit Card and Score Card
- Treasury Challan of ₹500/- deposited under Head of Account “0210-03-102-0000-000-00-00-EE-V-GA”
- Other relevant documents as required
⛔ Note: Failure to appear in person on the scheduled date will lead to cancellation of the candidate’s merit position.
🏫 Counseling Fee
Candidates must deposit a counseling fee of ₹500/- through Treasury Challan into the State Exchequer. The original/duplicate/triplicate copy of the Challan must be submitted during counseling.

- General / Unreserved: All NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates who submitted Declaration Form
- OBC/MOBC (NCL): Must submit NCL Certificate issued by the D.C. of concerned district
- SC/ST (P)/ST (H), TGL/ExTGL, Divyanga (PWD), EWS: As per Government rules

- OBC/MOBC candidates must submit Annexure-III clearly indicating Non-Creamy Layer status.
- EWS candidates must submit a valid EWS Certificate at the time of counseling.
