AEGCL Recruitment Vacancy Details
1. Assistant Accounts Officer
No. of post: 02 posts
Reserved for PWD candidates: Hearing Impaired/ Locomotor Disability.
Pay Band : Rs. 6380/- – Rs. 23,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 3,300/-
Educational qualification: Graduate in Arts /Science/ Commerce with minimum 55% Marks having mathematic /Statistics.
2. Lower Division Assistant Cum Typist
No. of post: 03 posts
Reserved for PWD candidates: Hearing Impaired/ Locomotor Disability
Pay Band: Rs. 6,380 /- -Rs. 23,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 2,200/-
Educational qualification: Minimum HSSLC / 10+2 passed and completed at least 6 (six) months course on computer.
3. Peon
No. of post: 02 post
Reserved for PWD candidates: Hearing Impaired
Pay Band: Rs. 4,720 /- – Rs. 18,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 1,500/-
Educational qualification: Minimum VIII passed
Age limit : Not less than 18 (eighteen) and not more than 43 (forty three) years as on 1st August, 2017 (According to HSLC / School Certificate).
Domicile : The candidates must be a domicile of Assam and should have proficiency in Assamese / Hindi.
Service Conditions : As applicable as per Company’s rules as well as the rules that may be prescribed by the Company.
Selection Procedure : The candidate will have to appear in the written test to be notified in due course.
HOW TO APPLY : Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply in prescribed format available in AEGCL’s website www.aegcl.co.in. No other means / mode of application shall be accepted. The candidates are required to submit the self attested copies in support of age, caste, educational qualification, residence, work experience (if any) and physical disability etc. Application is required to be sent to the General Manager (HR) I/C, 1st Floor, Bijulee Bhawan, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati – 781001 latest by 6th September, 2017 by registered post. Envelope containing the application should be clearly be super scribed “Application for the post of Assistant Accounts Officer / Lower Divisional Assistant cum Typist / Peon” on the top of the envelop.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
Before applying the candidates should read all the instructions to ensure about his / her eligibility. Candidates who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria need not apply.
Candidates working in Government / Semi Government / Public Undertakings should produce “No Objection Certificate” from their present employer along with application, failing which he / she shall not be considered for candidature. AEGCL reserves the right to cancel recruitment for any or all of the posts without assigning any reason thereof. Bringing influence at any stage of the selection process will disqualify the candidate. If at any stage, it is detected that the candidates have given false information, his candidature will be rejected. Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/PWD should have been issued by the appropriate authority. While applying the candidates should enter their full name as it appear in the admit card of HSLC / School Certificate etc. Candidate should given clear and complete postal address, mobile number and e-mail address for correspondence. AEGCL will not be responsible for any postal delay / wrong delivery / non-delivery of any communication at any stage of the recruitment process. Only complete application forms will be accepted. In case of non submission of the supporting document the candidature of the candidate shall be rejected. Incomplete application / application without enclosures / application without photograph / application not fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be summarily rejected. No communication in this regard will be entertained from AEGCL. The decision of AEGCL, in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance, rejection of the application, issue of call letters, verification of the testimonials and selection will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
