1. Deputy Director (Regulatory Affairs and Finance Planning)
No. of post: 01
Scale of pay: Rs. 30000-110000/-, GP: 14500/-
Other allowances: Dearness allowance, House Rent allowance, Medical allowances as per Govt. of Assam Rules.
Qualification
(a) CA / ICWA / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or 2 years MBA in Finance from a recognized Institution.
(b) Minimum 10 years professional experience of which at least 6 years in Regulatory affairs.
(c) Strong computer literacy and skills.
(d) Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
(a) Experience in large public utilities with generation, transmission and distribution facilities.
(b) Experience in matters relating to electricity Tariffs, Commercial issues and power purchase agreements.
(c) Good knowledge of Indian Electricity Laws.
Age limit: Maximum 45 years as on 1st January, 2018.
2. Deputy Director (Gen. PPA Procurement & Planning)

Qualification:
(a) Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution.
(b) Minimum 10 years professional experience of which at least 6 years in Power Sector.
(c) Strong computer literacy and skills.
(d) Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
(a) Experience of Economic Analysis, modelling and Statistical techniques.
(b) Experience in Commercial issues and power purchase agreements.
(c) Experience in the development of tariffs in public utilities.
(d) Demonstrated capability in analytical modelling.
(e) Experience in Power Sector Regulatory affairs preferable.
Age limit: Maximum 45 years as on 1st January, 2018.
3. Assistant Director (Tariff)
No. of post: 01
Scale of pay: Rs. 30000-110000/-, GP: 13300/-

Qualification:
(a) A Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution.
(b) Minimum 5 years professional of which at least 3 years in Power Sector including matter relating to tariff.
(e) Strong computer literacy and skills.
(f) Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
(a) Experience in dealing with matters relating to Electricity Tariffs, Commercial issues and power purchase agreements etc.
(b) Experience as a Power Engineer with sufficient knowledge of Generation, Transmission and Distribution.
(c) Good knowledge of Electricity Laws is desirable.
(d) Experience as power engineer desirable.
Age limit: Maximum 38 years as on 1st January, 2018.
4. Assistant Director (Engg.)
No. of post: 01
Scale of pay: Rs. 30000-110000/-, GP: 13300/-
Qualification:
(a) Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution.
(b) 5 years professional experience of which atleast 3 years service in power sector.
(c) Strong computer literacy and skills.
(d) Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
(a) Experience in large public utilities with generation, transmission and distribution facilities.
(b) Experience in commercial issues relating to implementation and Operation & Maintenance of power projects.
(c) Experience in implementation, Operation and Maintenance of Power Projects in Generation, Transmission and Distribution Sector.
(d) Good knowledge of Indian Electricity Laws.

5. Assistant Director (IT & RIMS)

Qualification:
(a) BE/B.Tech. in Computer Science or IT or Master in Computer Application.
(b) Experience in website designing.
(c) 5 years experience in Electronics Data Processing out of which 2 years experience should be in actual programming.
(d) Skills relating to web site administration.
(e) Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
(a) Adequate experience of handling computer systems in Govt. Department / PSU OR large private organization including managerial responsibilities.
(b) Management of Computer, IT and MIS facilities.
(c) Experience in Power Sector is preferable.
Age limit: Maximum 38 years as on 1st January, 2018.
6. Accountant
No. of post: 01
Scale of pay: Rs. 22000-87000/-, GP: 9100/-
Other allowances: Dearness allowance, House Rent allowance, Medical allowances as per Govt. of Assam Rules.
Qualification:
(a) Bachelor degree in Commerce or Intermediate Chartered Accountant or Intermediate Cost and Works Accountant.
(b) Minimum 7 years of work experience in accounting.
(c) Exposure to computer operations.
Experience:
(a) Good written and verbal communication skills.
(b) Working experience in a Government organization or in Public Sector Enterprise
(c) Knowledge and experience of IT software in maintenance of accounts is preferable.
Age limit: Maximum 40 years as on 1st January, 2018.
