The Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd invites application from Professional candidates for filling up of 1 (one) post of Deputy General Manager (F&A) and 4 (four) posts of Assistant General Manager (F&A) against the vacancies in the Finance and Accounts wing of APDCL.

1, Deputy General Manager (F&A)
No. of post: 01 post
Scale of pay: Pay Band – Rs. 14200 – 45000/- and Grade Pay of Rs, 6600/- plus D.A as admissible from time to time and any other allowances as per Company’s rule.
Qualification: Candidate for the post of Deputy General Manager (F&A) must possess a degree from a recognised University and must be Chartered Accountant or Cost accountant from a recognised Institution. He must possess post qualification experience in financial and accounting work of not less than 5 (Five) years in a responsible position in Central /State Public Sector undertakings or in any large organization of repute.
2. Assistant General Manager (F&A)
No. of post: 04 posts
Scale of pay: Pay Band – Rs. 14200 – 45000/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 6300/- plus D.A as admissible from time to time and any other allowances as per Company’s rule.
Qualification: Candidate for the post of Assistant General Manager (F&A) must possess a degree from recognised University and must be Chartered Accountant or Cost accountant from a recognised Institution. He must possess post qualification experience in financial and accounting work of not less than 3 (Three) years in a responsible position, in any large organisation of repute and capable of holding Independent charge of Accounts.
Age limit: The candidate shall not be less than 21 (Twenty one) years and not more than 45 (Forty five) years as on 01-01-2017. The upper age limits relaxable to the extent of 52 (fifty two) years, in the case of highly experienced candidates.
Application fees: Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- in the case of ST and SC Candidate) should be submitted along with the application in the form of Bank Draft to be pledged in favour of Chief General Manager (F&A), APDCL, Guwahati.
