Eligibility Criteria for BSNL Senior Executive Trainee

1. Educational Qualification

To ensure a high standard of professional excellence, BSNL has set the following stream-specific qualifications:

• Telecom Stream: Candidates must hold a regular full-time B.E. / B.Tech degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% marks in any of the following disciplines:
  • Electronics and Telecommunications
  • Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Electrical / Instrumentation
  • (Or a combination of these core disciplines with emerging branches).
• Finance Stream: Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).

2. Age Limit (As of 07/03/2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years
