• Deputy Manager (Company Secretary): Graduation with Membership of ICSI and a commendable 8 years of professional experience.
• Manager (Company Secretary): Graduation with Membership of ICSI and a significant 10 years of professional experience.

Applicants are required to have executive experience as a Company Secretary in a PSU or large private sector organization. A proven track record in-depth knowledge of the latest Company Law, corporate governance compliances, secretarial standards, and a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws are essential. Qualifications must be obtained from UGC recognized University/Deemed University or AICTE approved Autonomous Institution.
