The schedule for the Computer Proficiency Test has been announced, and the shortlisted candidates are required to appear for the test as per the given schedule:

Admit Card

It is hereby informed that no individual call letter will be issued to any candidate in any mode. Therefore, all the shortlisted candidates are advised to download their Admit Card from the official website of the Deputy Commissioner, Golaghat. The Admit Card will contain all the necessary information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, time, and venue.

Candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned in the Admit Card carefully. In case of any discrepancy, they should immediately contact the recruitment committee. It is mandatory for all the candidates to carry their Admit Card and a valid photo ID proof to the examination hall.

Important Note

Candidates are directed to bring all the relevant testimonials relating to age proof (Class X admit card/birth certificate), educational qualifications (marksheets and pass certificates), 6 (Six) months Recorders Certificate Class Course (RCCC) training passed certificate, 6 (Six) months computer diploma/certificate, Employment Exchange Card, EWS certificate (in case of EWS category), Caste certificate (in case of Reserved category candidates), Disability certificate (in case of differently abled/PWD (low vision) issued by competent authority), Declaration in Form ‘A’ under rule 5(1) of the Assam Public Services (Application for small family norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019 in original along with a set of self-attested photocopies. The candidates are also directed to submit a copy of the admit card of the written examination and two recent passport size colour photographs. The self-attested photocopies of the documents shall have to be handed over at the time of the document verification. Those candidates who are already employed in the Central/State Govt. Service or Undertakings shall have to produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer.

Instructions to the candidates:

1) Candidate must bring his/her original photo identity proof (Voter ID/PAN Card/ Driving License/Aadhaar/Any other Govt. ID) along with his/her Admit Card.
2) No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the said Computer Proficiency Test.
3) Only Pen (black/blue pinpoint ball), Admit Card, Medicine (if required), Analog watch, and Clipboard (without any marking or writing) will be allowed inside the examination hall.
4) Mobile phones/electronic gadgets, wallets, handbags, water bottles, etc will not be allowed inside the examination hall. Anyone possessing any prohibited item inside the examination hall will be disqualified immediately.
5) Candidates found resorting to unfair means or any other unruly behavior will be summarily expelled. The decision of the Executive Magistrate on duty/ Centre in-charge/Invigilator will be final and binding in this regard.
6) All candidates should strictly comply with the directions given to them by the District Administration/Invigilator. If any candidate is found disregarding these directions, he/she will be liable to be expelled.
7) The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature/ candidates without assigning any reason thereof in case of a discrepancy found in the documents.

Calling of the aforementioned candidates to the Computer Proficiency Test is purely provisional and does not mean acceptance of their candidature. The candidature of the candidates shall be subject to fulfillment of all the criteria mentioned in the advertisement dated 16.12.2022.
