DHS Assam Grade-IV 2020: Document Verification Schedule: Director of Health Services, Assam (DHS Assam) has issued an official notification for the verification of documents for the post of Grade-IV. The process of document verification is about to start in different places of Guwahati from 12th May 2020.
In this regard, a notification has been released.
This is for information of all concerned that in reference to this Directorate Notice No. HSE/VAPPTT/GR-IV/PEON/59/2020/2332, dated 02/05/2020, the candidates with following Roll – Numbers who are provisionally selected for the Grade IV posts under the establishment of Directorate of Health Services, Assam, against the Advertisement No. Janasanyog/1D/6193/18, Dated 30/10/2018 and Janasanyog/D/7336/18, Dated, 21/12/2018 and Corrigendum No. Janasanyog/D/7501/18, Dated 25/12/2018 and Janasanyog/D/49 19/19, are directed to appear for document verification on the date and time at the venue mentioned against their Roll Numbers.
