1. Minimum Educational Qualification
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute.
2. Mandatory Experience
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in any reputed Preschool, Kindergarten, or equivalent institution.
3. Desirable Qualifications & Skills
- A Certificate or Diploma in Montessori Teachers’ Training from a recognized institute.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Child Psychology, First Aid, and Safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Computer Applications and basic knowledge of Finance and Accounts management.
- Gender Preference: As per the official notification, Female candidates will be given preference for this position.
