List for Clerk under the Cost of Cultivation Scheme, Assam Agricultural University

Assam Agricultural University (AAU), declare List of eligible candidates for the post of Clerk under the Cost of Cultivation Scheme, Assam Agricultural University Jorhat.

In pursuant to Advt. No. 2/2016, the eligible candidates for the post of Clerk under the Cost of Cultivation Scheme, Assam Agricultural University are requested to appear in a Written Test to be held on Saturday, the 27th of May, 2017 from 11.00 AM to 12.30 Noon in the Department of Tea Husbandary and Technology, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat. Individual call letters have already been dispatched and the candidates are to bring with them mandatorily a proof of photo identity while attending the test.

General Instruction:

1. The duration of the test will be of one and a half hour and will cover (a) General Knowledge & Current Affairs (b) General English (c) Numerical Ability and (d) Test of reasoning.

2. Candidates shall have to answer at least 25 multiple choice questions, carrying one mark each and the rest of the questions will be of descriptive type having a maximum of 4 marks for each question.

3. The candidates are required to take seats at least 15 minutes prior to commencement of the test and no candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of the test.

4. Signing of attendance sheet is compulsory. No candidates should leave the examination hall without signing of the attendance sheet.

5. Use of Calculator, Mobile Phone or any other electronic device or incriminating materials is strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.

6. Misbehaving with invigilators or indulging in unfair means during the test will make a candidate summarily ineligible for the job.
