Candidates should have passed Class-VIII.

Note: Applicants are required to possess a Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) and demonstrate proficiency in the local language. In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel, accompanied by a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the appointing authority.

Age Limit

The age limit for Grade-IV and Library Bearer positions is 40 years as of January 1, 2023, with the following relaxations:

• 5 years for SC/ST
• 3 years for OBC/MOBC
• 10 years for PWD
• 2 years for Ex-servicemen (As per Government guideline No. ABP6/2016/51, dated: September 2, 2020)
