Notification Regarding the Post of Computer Programmer and Typist under Assam Agricultural University

Pursuant to our Advertisement No. DR(A) 1/2016, the Written Test for the posts of Typist and Computer Programmer are scheduled to be held on 19.02.2017 from 11.00 am to 1.00  pm in the Academic Complex (IDA Lecture Hall), AAU, Jorhat. 

The lists of eligible candidates are enclosed with this Notification. The Calling letters have been sent to the eligible candidates by post. If any candidate does not receive the Calling letter in time due to postal delay, he/she may bring a downloaded copy of the concerned page of the list of eligible candidates with his/her appear in the Written Test. The identity of the candidates will be verified in the Examination Hall. The candidates are requested to keep the copy of the calling letter/downloaded copy of the list of eligible candidates and HSLC/HSSLC Admit Card (in original) with them for verification. The candidates will not be allowed carry mobile phone into the Examination Hall. The candidates are advised to remain present in front of the Academic Complex 40 minutes before the scheduled time. Misbehaving with Invigilator or indulging in unfair means in the Examination Hall will make a candidate summarily ineligible for the post.
