Eligibility Criteria for OBC Scholarship Assam 2026

Nationality & Residence
The applicant must be:
  • An Indian Citizen
  • Permanent Resident of Assam
Caste Requirement
Applicants must belong to the Other Backward Classes (OBC). A valid OBC Certificate issued by the competent authority is mandatory.
