1. Financial Management Specialist
No of posts : 01
Educational Qualification : Full time regular M.Com/MBA (Finance) from recognized University/Institute with more than 55% or equivalent mark/grade having post qualification experience of 4(four) years in financial management functions, out of which at least 1 (one) year should be in Governme.
Expected Remuneration : Rs.50,000/- to Rs.70,000/-
Skills:
>> Strong understanding of Government Accounting, Budgeting & Audit
systems.
>> Familiarity with financial norms & reporting of Government schemes/missions etc.
>> Timely handling of issues pertaining to financial management.
>> Exceptional degree of integrity, judgment and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material.
>> Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
>> Must be computer savvy with sound working knowledge of MSOffice/ Tally/Internet etc.
2. Data Analyst
No of posts : 01
Qualification and Experience:
>> MCA, BE/B.Tech in Computer Engineering , IT, M.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized institute with Minimum 50% marks.
>> Minimum 1 years of relevant post qualification experience in survey, data entry, MIS applications, data management etc.
>> She/he has to be well versed with MS-Office preferably in MS-Excel and MSAccess, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint etc. Diploma in computer application and diploma in computer typing is desirable.
>> Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
>> High qualification with relevant experience (full time) in Govt./public sector will be given preference.
Expected Remuneration : Rs.25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/-
Skills : Skilled in data analysis work with large amount of data, number crunching (perform complex & lengthy calculation)
3. Senior Office Assistant
No of posts : 02
Qualification and Experience:
>> Graduate in any stream from a recognized Institute with 55% marks in aggregate.
>> Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in Office Administration/File Management/File Tracking system/Office Correspondence with Government projects, etc.
>> Exceptional degree of integrity, judgment and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material
>> Organise and maintain office system.
>> Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Assamese.
>> Must be computer literate and should have knowledge in MS-Office, Internet, email etc
Expected Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs.30,000/-
