Tezpur University Assam is seeking applications for the position of Student Intern in a DST-SERB funded research project titled “SWITCHABLE MOLECULAR MAGNETIC MATERIALS” under the supervision of Dr. Nayanmoni Gogoi, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical Sciences. Tezpur University, established in 1994 by an Act of Parliament, aims to provide employment-oriented and interdisciplinary courses to meet local and regional needs in Assam. The university operates from its permanent location after initially functioning from Darrang College and Tezpur Law College premises.

Established under the purview of an Act of Parliament in 1994, Tezpur University embarked on a mission to provide employment-oriented and interdisciplinary courses catering to local and regional aspirations. The university is committed to addressing the developmental needs of Assam by offering courses and fostering research in domains directly relevant to the region. It initially commenced operations from Darrang College’s premises in Tezpur before relocating to its current permanent location.

Candidates must be pursuing M.Sc. in Chemistry from a reputed Indian academic institution.

Age Limit:

Applicants should not exceed 28 years of age as of the last date of application submission. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules.

Internship Stipend:

Rs. 5,000.00 per month
