Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or institute with a strong academic background.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Project execution or maintenance within the manufacturing/process industry is preferred. However, fresh Engineering Graduates (BE/B.Tech in Mechanical) are also encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements

1. Project Coordination:
The role involves coordinating activities related to mechanical construction projects. This includes supervising multiple teams and implementing strategies to meet project schedules and contract closures.

2. Technical Expertise:
Candidates should possess a deep understanding of various Materials of Construction (MOCs) used for equipment, piping, fittings, etc. Additionally, familiarity with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), P&IDs, GADs, and isometric drawings is essential.

3. Equipment Knowledge:
A strong knowledge of static and rotary equipment, along with experience in their maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and installation/erection procedures, is required.

4. Management Skills:
Proficiency in Inventory & Resource Management and Contract Management is desired. SAP knowledge in the PM module would be advantageous.

5. Communication:
Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective coordination and collaboration within the team.
