1. Contract Management & Procurement Specialist
- Position: Contract Management & Procurement Specialist
- Number of Posts: 01
- Remuneration Range: Rs 1.00 lakh to 1.50 lakh per month.

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or AICTE-affiliated Institution, along with a professional diploma/degree/certification in Public Procurement.
OR
-
Full-time Master’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Public Procurement, Finance, Business, or Commerce) from a recognized University or AICTE-affiliated Institution, coupled with training in procurement norms of funding agencies like World Bank/Asian Development Bank/National Development Bank for externally aided projects.
Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement and contract management is desirable, with preference given to those experienced in externally aided projects.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 50 years.
2. Environment Specialist
- Position: Environment Specialist
- Number of Posts: 01
- Remuneration Range: Rs 0.50 lakh to Rs 1.00 lakh per month.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should fulfill one of the following criteria:

Full-time Masters/Post Graduate Degree in Environment Engineering/Environmental Science/Environmental Planning or any relevant discipline from a recognized University or AICTE-affiliated Institution.
OR

Full-time Graduate in Civil Engineering with a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science or any relevant discipline from a recognized University or AICTE-affiliated Institution.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience as an Environmental Expert, with preference given to those with working experience in externally aided projects.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 50 years.
3. Senior Technical Advisor
- Position: Senior Technical Advisor
- Number of Posts: 01
- Remuneration Range: Rs 1.35 lakh to Rs 1.90 lakh per month.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess:
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech. Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or AICTE-affiliated Institution with at least 55% or equivalent marks. An M.E/M.Tech in Civil Engineering or post-graduation/diploma in Construction Management or Project Management is preferable.
Experience
- A minimum of 20 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in project/program management on projects funded by external agencies or other international agencies.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 65 years.
4. Chief Accounts Officer
- Position: Chief Accounts Officer
- Number of Posts: 01
- Remuneration Range: Rs 0.90 lakh to Rs 1.50 lakh per month.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have:
- Full-time Graduate in Commerce with M.Com/M.B.A Finance from a reputed University with at least 55% or equivalent marks.
Experience
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Accounts, budgeting procedures, taxation, etc. Experience in medium/large size projects funded by external agencies will be given preference.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 65 years.
5. Legal Expert (Part Time)
- Position: Legal Expert (Part Time)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Remuneration: Rs. 65,000/- per month.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have:
- Full-time LLB from a recognized University with more than 55% or equivalent marks.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Government cases, corporate legal matters, and attending court.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 50 years.
