PWD Assam Declare Written Exam Result for Junior Assistant posts

RESULTS OF THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF JUNIOR ASSISTANT HELD ON 21-12-2014 AND CONDUCT OF COMPUTER PROFIENCIENCY TEST AND PERSONAL INTERVIEW

The candidates bearing the following Roll Numbers, who appeared in the Written Test held in Guwahati on 21.12.2014 for recruitment of Junior Assistant in the Office of the Chief Engineer, PWD (Building) in response to the advertisement published on 25.09.2013 have been shortlisted and they are required to appear before the Interview Board for Viva-Voce & Computer Test to be held on 19th March 2017 at Assam Institute of Management, Bigyan Path, Paschim Boragaon, Near IASST, Guwahati – 781035. Individual Call Letters to the following candidates are being sent by speed post to their respective Correspondence Addresses. Candidates who do not get their call letters by 17 March 2017 may directly report for Interview and Computer Test to be held at Assam Institute of Management campus on 19th March 2017 along with all original documents in support of candidature.

Mere shortlisting for Viva-Voce and Computer Test shall not automatically make an applicant eligible for recruitment. The information provided by the candidates related to age, caste & educational qualification etc., will be verified at the time of Interview. All original certificates related to age, caste, educational qualification and other documents of the candidates should be brought for necessary verification at the time of reporting for the Interview. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate as and when any ineligibility condition is detected and any of the particulars declared by any candidate is found to be false at any stage.

All candidates must bring their Admit Card of the Written Examination held on 21.12.2014 which has been signed by the candidates and the invigilator at the examination venue while reporting for the Personal Interview.

Candidates may however note that the Computer Test and Interview will be taken in two separate sittings and they may therefore come prepared to remain in the aforementioned venue for the whole day.
