There are many people who are not wearing helmets and driving under the influence of alcohol
The city administration has launched the SOP for the Puja in Guwahati. These are the guidelines that the Puja committee must follow in organizing the Puja.
1. Every Puja committee must obtain permission from the local police.
2) Roads cannot be blocked and Puja Mandaps cannot be built
3) Every Puja committee must install CCTV
4) Must have their own volunteers Volunteers are required to wear badges
5) Don’t do more lighting than necessary.
6) Adequate lighting should be provided around the Puja Mandap.
7) Call for first fire fighting measures yourself
8) Dustbins must be used properly.
9) FirstAid must be provided.
10) Banners with the names and phone numbers of the President and Secretary shall be posted in front of the Mandap.
11) The idol of Maa Devi must be made of pollution free materials
12) Cultural evenings should not be held until midnight. There is a call for auspicious cultural programmes. There is a call to end the cultural program before 9 am.
13) Pay attention to prevent noise pollution. 14) Action for electricity connection shall be taken only in consultation with APDCL authorities.
15) Call for adequate provision of clean drinking water.
16) Urge to complete the work of Devi Visarjan during the day.
17) Devi Bisarjan will be held at Kashmari Ghat, Pandu Ghat and Chunchali Ghat. A new pier is being considered at Kashmari Ghat.

The city’s transport department has issued a directive. Therefore, it is necessary to take photographs of people driving under the influence of alcohol and not wearing helmets. They are urged to wear helmets and drive with seat belts. Transport Commissioner Gautam Das urged everyone to cooperate to celebrate the Puja without accidents.

হেলমেট পৰিধান নকৰাৰ লগতে মদ্যপান কৰি গাড়ী চলোৱাৰ অভিযোগ উত্থাপন হৈছে
গুৱাহাটীত পূজাৰ বাবে মহানগৰী প্ৰশাসনে আৰম্ভ কৰিছে এছ অ’ পি। পূজা আয়োজনত পূজা সমিতিয়ে মানি চলিব লাগিব এই নিৰ্দেশনা।
১/ প্ৰতিখন পূজা সমিতিয়ে স্থানীয় আৰক্ষীৰ পৰা অনুমতি লব লাগিব।
২) পথ বন্ধ কৰিব নোৱাৰিব আৰু পূজা মণ্ডপ বনাব নোৱাৰিব
৩) প্ৰতিখন পূজা সমিতিয়ে চিচিটিভি স্থাপন কৰিব লাগিব
৪) নিজা স্বেচ্ছাসেৱক থাকিব লাগিব স্বেচ্ছাসেৱকসকলে বেজ পিন্ধিব লাগিব
৫) প্ৰয়োজনতকৈ বেছি লাইটিং নকৰিব।
৬)পূজা মণ্ডপৰ আশে-পাশে পৰ্যাপ্ত পোহৰৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিব লাগে।
৭) প্ৰথম অগ্নিনিৰ্বাপক ব্যৱস্থাৰ বাবে নিজেই আহ্বান কৰক
৮)ডাষ্টবিন সঠিকভাৱে ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিব লাগিব।
৯) FirstAid ৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিব লাগিব।
১০) মণ্ডপৰ সন্মুখত সভাপতি আৰু সম্পাদকৰ নাম আৰু ফোন নম্বৰ থকা বেনাৰ লগাব লাগিব।
১১) মা দেৱীৰ মূৰ্তি প্ৰদূষণমুক্ত সামগ্ৰীৰে তৈয়াৰ কৰিব লাগিব
১২) সাংস্কৃতিক সন্ধিয়া মাজনিশালৈকে অনুষ্ঠিত কৰিব নালাগে। শুভ সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানৰ আহ্বান। পুৱা ৯ বজাৰ পূৰ্বে সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান শেষ কৰিবলৈ আহ্বান জনোৱা হৈছে।
১৩) শব্দ প্ৰদূষণ ৰোধ কৰিবলৈ মন দিব। ১৪) বিদ্যুৎ সংযোগৰ বাবে কেৱল এপিডিচিএল কৰ্তৃপক্ষৰ লগত আলোচনা কৰিহে ব্যৱস্থা গ্ৰহণ কৰিব লাগিব।
১৫) বিশুদ্ধ খোৱাপানীৰ পৰ্যাপ্ত ব্যৱস্থাৰ বাবে আহ্বান জনোৱা।
১৬) দেৱী বিসৰ্জনৰ কাম দিনত সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰিবলৈ আহ্বান।
১৭) কাশ্মৰী ঘাট, পাণ্ডু ঘাট আৰু চুঞ্চালী ঘাটত অনুষ্ঠিত হ’ব দেৱী বিসৰ্জন। কাশমাৰী ঘাটত নতুন ঘাট নিৰ্মাণৰ কথা চিন্তা কৰা হৈছে।
মহানগৰীৰ পৰিবহণ বিভাগে জাৰি কৰিছে এক নিৰ্দেশ। মদ্যপান কৰি হেলমেট পৰিধান নকৰাকৈ গাড়ী চলোৱা লোকৰ ফটো তুলিব লাগিব। হেলমেট পৰিধান কৰাৰ লগতে ছিটবেল্ট লৈ গাড়ী চলাবলৈ আহ্বান জনোৱা হৈছে। পৰিবহণ আয়ুক্ত গৌতম দাসে দুর্ঘটনা নোহোৱাকৈ পূজা উদযাপন কৰিবলৈ সকলোকে সহযোগিতা আগবঢ়াবলৈ আহবান জনায়।
