The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially declared the results for the Constable (General Duty) examination today, 15th January 2026. Candidates who appeared for the Computer-Based Examination (CBE) can now check their qualifying status on the official website ssc.gov.in.

This massive recruitment drive was conducted to fill 53,690 vacancies in various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) such as BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, SSF, and Rifleman in Assam Rifles. Candidates whose names or roll numbers appear in the merit list have successfully qualified for the next stage: the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST).

The result has been released in PDF format, separated into lists for Male and Female candidates. Follow these steps to check your result:

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to ssc.gov.in.
2. Navigate to Results: Click on the “Result” tab on the top menu bar.
3. Select Constable-GD: Click on the “Constable-GD” section.
4. Download PDF: Look for the link “Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2025 – List of Candidates Qualified for PET/PST”.
5. Search Roll Number: Open the PDF and use Ctrl+F (on Desktop) or the Search icon (on Mobile) to enter your Roll Number.
6. Save: If your number is highlighted, congratulations! You have qualified. Save the PDF for future reference.
