ANUNDORAM BOROOAH AWARD, 2019 For distribution at Kamrup (Metro) district

The distribution of Laptops and others under prestigious “Anundoram Borooah Award – 2019″ of Education Department, Govt, of Assam for Kamrup (Metro) district will start from 12-06-2020 at 9:00 AM in 9 (Nine) nos. designated venues. Eligible meritorious students securing 75% and above marks in HSLC/ AHM/ FM (Senior Mad rasa)/Title Madrasa/ Sanskrit and Pali Praveshika examination in the year 2019, are requested to go through the web portal for distribution schedule before coming to receive their award. Students are requested to bring the original marks sheet, photo copy of age proof certificate and a passport photograph when coming to receive the award.

Distribution of ARBAS-2019 package is to be started from 12-06-2020 at 9:00 AM onwards. Students are requested to go through the Distribution Schedule properly.

Students who have secured more than 75% marks (Star Marks and above) in HSLC, High Madrassa and FM Examinations conducted by SEBA and State Madrassa Education Board, Assam need to register themselves by filling up the datasheet to avail the Anundoram Borooah Award in the form of a Certificate and a personal computer(PC). The beneficiaries will also get Digital Academic Contents as per NCERT syllabus for the beneficiaries as per stream of classes XI and XII along with Online Learning, Coaching and Score Improvement System for appearing in competitive examinations for students of class XI and XII of Science stream.

The applicant will have to upload the following:

Pass Certificate duly attested and counter signed by the Head of the Institution from which the applicant passed out in PDF file format. A self attested passport size photograph of the applicant in JPG file format.

Putting an end to all the speculation, Education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma today on 7th June 2020 announced that laptop will be distributed on next week against Anundoram Borooah Award Scheme 2019.

He said, “Meritorious students who appeared HSLC exam last year will receive computers from next week and AMTRON will distribute the computers to the candidates. Students will be called in their respective schools and the distribution will be done without any function.”
