1. Principal 

No. of post: 01

Qualification: 
1. A master degree in Science / Humanities / Arts with 55 % marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed
2. M.Ed
3. Ph.D in Education 

Should have five years teaching experience at UG and PG level. 

2. Assistant Professor

No. of post: 08

Qualification: 

1. A master degree in Science / Humanities / Arts with 55 % marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed;

2. M.Ed / M.A (Education) with at least 55% marks (or an equilavant grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed)

3. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidates must have cleared National Eligibility test (NET) conducted by UGC-CSIR or Similar ,UGC like SLET/SET.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay Rs.100/- (for open post) and Rs.50/- (for reserved post) by Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Secretary, Province College, Assam.

How to Apply: 

Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed standard form of Application (Assam Gazette part— IX) along with relevant documents duly attested copies of enclosures along with DD. The envelope containing the application should be prescribed as “Application for the post of….” to the, Province College, Tetelia, N.H -37 Sonapur, Assam, PIN 782403 on or before 18-07-2018.
